MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OVERVIEW

Grant Prideco is strongly committed to the highest standards of product quality, employee health and safety in the workplace, and the preservation of the environment at our facilities around the globe. All Grant Prideco business operations are conducted with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction and in compliance with the laws and regulations of our host countries. We actively participate in several U.S. and international industry standards organizations, including API, ISO and ASME, and in multiple research consortiums and associations. Furthermore, our products and operations satisfy or exceed applicable safety and performance standards set by API, ASME and Det Norske Veritas (DNV), and all manufacturing plants either have API licenses and/or ISO certifications as appropriate or are pursuing those licenses/certifications.

The Grant Prideco Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHS&E) Management System is an organizationally inclusive design for the management and continuous improvement of all QHS&E related issues. This system provides the organization with a structured, systematic approach to assessing, planning, deploying, monitoring and continually improving QHS&E processes that are relevant to the company's performance and industry requirements.

The QHS&E Management System focuses on long term goals, continuous improvement and management decisions that are based on performance measurements. Measures are determined which monitor the successful implementation of the business plan and ensure continued focus on sustained improvement.
