Termination, suspension, or cancellation of this Agreement or your access rights shall not affect any right or relief to which Grant Prideco may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Grant Prideco and its licensors. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Web site and any and all other Grant Prideco site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
