 Supply Chain Management is responsible
for negotiating and maintaining all contracts entered into by Grant
Prideco that include strategic managed commodities, modified Term
and Conditions (T&Cs) and Corporation-wide Supplier contracts
and agreement. Strategic managed commodities are defined as groups
of material or services deemed to be of significant importance to
the strategic and long-term operations of Grant Prideco. SCM will
manage these commodities on behalf of Grant Prideco.
